The area around and near the La Jolla Country Club is open, green and pretty. The Country Club has the only private golf course in La Jolla. The Club opened approximately 100 years ago. It is a central fixture of La Jolla with the golf course being so close to the village. The view in the above picture is from a home in the Country Club area. Another vantage point can be a home on the golf course.
